What You’ll Do:
- Champion an exceptional guest experience and lead by example during peak service periods.
- Coach, train, and mentor front-of-house staff to elevate service execution, technique, and team morale.
- Oversee daily operations, monitor inventory, manage ordering, and maintain cost controls.
- Handle floor oversight, address guest feedback in real time, and uphold health/safety regulations.
You Bring:
- Prior experience in high-end dining or upscale hospitality environments.
- Proven ability to lead teams, deliver outstanding guest service, and manage restaurant operations efficiently.
- Strong communication, scheduling, and inventory management skills.

💵 Compensation: $85,000–$90,000 base salary, plus benefits
